What we collect
Through the workshop request form we collect: school name, emirate, the requesting staff member's name, work email and phone, grades, approximate number of students, chosen workshop, preferred dates, group-level accommodations, preferred language, and the time you gave consent. We also store a one-way hashed network identifier to prevent spam. We do not collect any child's name or personal data.
How we use it
Only to review your request, contact you about scheduling and delivering the workshop, and keep basic records of sessions. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Who can see it
Submissions are never public. Only authorised HEIKA administrators, signed in with an admin role, can view them.
The HEIKA assistant
Ask HEIKA is an AI assistant. Your messages are sent to an AI model to generate a reply and are not saved by HEIKA. Please don't share personal information about any child.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your request details by replying to our email to you, quoting your confirmation ID.
